Just for fun I thought I would try matching my Pantone pens... The first image is of my pen sketches obviously, and the second one is the corresponding swatches in photoshop. The pink looks way off to me! But the red and blue look pretty good. I suppose it could be any number of things that make the swatches and the actual pen colours look different- scanning colour profiles, paper type etc.
